About

Ops Wolf started as a simple idea in 2024. After wrapping up my last role, I decided to take some time off and travel, explore different projects, and do whatever I wanted. Do the things that I'd never had the time to do.

One thing I’d collected over the years? A chaotic, unstructured pile of useful stuff. Guides, templates, tools, notes from past jobs, talks I’d given, and a ridiculous number of links - I had over 200 videos, PDFs, templates, podcasts, and books. The problem? It was a mess. Good information buried under years of clutter.

So I started cleaning it up. And I quickly realized - if this was useful for me, it’d be useful for a lot of other people too. That’s how Ops Wolf was born.

Tech has exploded over the past 20 years. There’s no shortage of courses, books, gurus, and "experts" telling you how to run teams, scale companies, and build better products. But most of it? Fluff. Too much theory, not enough straight talk. I never found a resource that cut through the noise - something practical, direct, and built by someone who’s actually been in the trenches.

That’s what Ops Wolf is. No fluff. No corporate jargon. Just real, battle-tested insights for people in operations, delivery, and product who need to get things done.

So what's different about Ops Wolf?

  • No vague theory. Everything here is meant to be used.
  • No "gurus." Just practical, real-world experience from someone who has done it.
  • No time-wasting. You’ve got work to do - I won’t waste your time.

If that sounds like what you need, welcome to Ops Wolf. Let’s get to work.
