What is it you do?

I'm Nick, the founder of Ops Wolf. I've been working in Operations, Delivery and Product for over 15 years. In that time I've led teams, built functions, delivered strategy and held both IC and Manager roles all the way up to COO.

Founding Ops Wolf is a way for me to share that expertise and experience to help other Operations, Delivery and Product professionals. My mission is to make Ops better and I can also do that working directly with you in a number of ways.

Fractional engagements

Sometimes you don't need a full time COO or Director and it's possible to get a lot done with a Fractional (or part time) engagement. 

This is good for longer term engagements, with flexibility on cost when you need experience and expertise to see you through a longer period of change or transformation like setting up new functions or period of growth.

Short term engagements

When Fractional isn't enough, you might need someone to come and solve bigger challenges you have. I've got proven experience building and setting up businesses operating model and rhythm, implementing processes and ways of working, organisational design, strategy and roadmap, change and transformation - both in big and small companies.

Consulting & Coaching

While I hope all the content and tools on Ops Wolf is useful, it can't be tailored to your exact context. Engaging with you directly, I can give you advice, help build plans and strategies, facilitate workshops or team building with specific tailored action. 

I'm also available to coach and mentor those that are stepping into Head of, Director/VP and first time COOs to support and guide them on those critical steps.
